Grad Nurse Support Program: Call Rescheduling Policy

Purpose: To ensure effective scheduling and optimal utilization of time for both the nurses and the program facilitators. This policy provides guidelines on rescheduling 1:1 calls and the associated charges for missed appointments.

1. Rescheduling by the Program Team: a. Our program team understands that sometimes there might be unforeseen circumstances that could necessitate the rescheduling of a 1:1 call. b. In the event that the program team needs to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible to ensure minimum disruption. c. Our commitment is to provide alternative time slots and dates to accommodate the affected grad nurse(s).

2. Rescheduling by the Grad Nurse: a. Grad nurses are expected to honor the scheduled 1:1 calls. b. If a grad nurse needs to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. c. Any changes requested outside the 24-hour window will not be accommodated unless exceptional circumstances occur, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Examples of exceptional circumstances include medical emergencies, death in the family, or other unforeseen catastrophic events. d. It's important for grad nurses to communicate any such exceptional circumstances to our program team at the earliest to allow for consideration.

3. No-Show and Associated Charges: a. A no-show is defined as a grad nurse missing a scheduled 1:1 call without any prior notice. b. Any missed 1:1 calls with no prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling will incur a charge of $49. c. This charge is non-refundable and is imposed to cover administrative costs and to ensure the optimal use of allocated time slots.

4. Communication: a. For any rescheduling, please communicate through the official channels provided by the Grad Nurse Support Program by contacting gclp@liamcaswell.com. b. It’s essential for grad nurses to keep their contact details up to date to ensure smooth communication.

5. Review and Changes to the Policy: This policy is subject to periodic review and changes. Any updates will be communicated to all members in a timely manner.

Conclusion: We value the commitment of our grad nurses and aim to provide a flexible yet structured environment for professional growth. We appreciate adherence to this policy for the benefit of all participants in the Grad Nurse Support Program.
